Welcome to Body Balance ICT

Now Located Inside The Main Collective

Hello, my name is Krystal, and I'm a licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. I graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in Alabama in 2011 and have continued to expand my expertise through advanced training in a variety of healing modalities, including Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and more.

I'm excited to welcome you to my new home inside The Main Collective, a boutique beauty and wellness destination located at 322 N Main Street in downtown Wichita. The Main Collective was created with a vision of bringing wellness, beauty, and self-care professionals together under one roof in a warm, calming, and thoughtfully designed environment.

At Body Balance ICT, I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support and environment. My mission is to help each client connect with that potential by providing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, support during pregnancy, or simply a moment to reset, I'm here to support your wellness journey with compassionate, evidence-informed care.
