I started doing professional massage in 1994. And I still love it!I consider myself a lifelong student of the human body in activity, wellness and dysfunction. I see my role as a facilitator between you and the best relationship you can have with your body. I have pride of workmanship. My goal is for you to feel better when you leave than when you arrived, with lasting results.

Massage is powerful medicine! If you are looking for injury recovery, stress relief, sports enhancement or overall wellness support, I’ve got lots of skills to tailor each session to your needs of the day. Over the years I have studied many massage modalitiesincluding Shiatsu, Acupressure,Tui Na, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Sports, Lymphatic,Visceral, Pre-Natal, Neuromuscular and my newest and favorite DeepFeetBar Therapy Ashiatsu. My work is focused, integrated and effective.

I respect the value of quiet in massage session in order for you get the full relaxation benefits of our time together, and so I can focus completely on listening to your body and muscles. I do often check in about pressure and your experience of techniques to give you the most effective and enjoyable work possible. I practice a trauma informed care model. Our time together is about you.

I have worked just about every place therapeutic massage is offered; spas, franchises, alternative and traditional medical settings. I love being self employed. I take the time needed to give my best to each and every person on my table. You will not be rushed off the table or out of the room when the session is done. The session time you pay for is hands on. No “spa hour” charges here. Also...no upsell. My session price is all inclusive for whatever treatment we decide is best foryou.I work to keep my price point accessible so my community can experience the many health benefits of regular massage. I leave plenty of time between clients to be fresh for each person.

In addition to massage I am a registered yoga teacher and Certified Nurse Assistant. I love giving hands on care and use knowledge and skills from these trainings to help you with your own self care. In 2023 I was certified in Acu-Detox which is 5 acupuncture needles in each ear. Acu-detox is great for stress, Anxiety, PTSD and withdrawals/cravings. I provide this in community clinics and as an add on to massage sessions. Acu-Detox is offered by donation. I am really grateful to live in a place as beautiful as South Park and enjoy serving the local community as well as visitors to the area.
