I Graduated from The New School for Massage Bodywork and Healing, Chicago, IL. 2006, I became a Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist after studying Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy at MYO Trigger point seminars, Chicago with Sharon Sauer & Mary Biancalana, authors of Trigger Point Therapy for Low Back Pain (a self-treatment workbook). I'm certified in Advanced Training for Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal Massage and furthered my studies to include Muscle Energy Technique & Craniosacral. After my mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 I was inspired by her to create a business focused on healing and wellness.
