Beginning June 1, 2025, In Touch have been operating from its beautiful new home inside The L.I.G.H.T., a holistic wellness collective located at:

591 State Street, Tiffin, Iowa.

Though the space is new, the heart of my practice remains the same—personalized therapeutic massage to help you unwind, heal, and reconnect. Whether you’re managing chronic pain or simply need a moment to breathe, you’re in the right hands.

Rediscover your sense of well-being with personalized therapies that nurture both body and mind. Enjoy an experience that will allow you to achieve calm, relaxation and peace inside and out. We are able to offer you everything from the best relaxation massage to addressing chronic illnesses and acute injuries.

Each massage begins with some time to communicate your bodywork goals with the therapist, thoroughly describe any aches/pains/injuries/etc, and create a plan for the session. The therapist will apply a diverse skillset to help achieve those goals, such as cupping, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, stretching, myofascial alignment techniques, sound therapy, and more. After the session, the therapist will take a few more minutes to go over findings, suggestions, and creating/going over a plan for future visits. The time used before and after your session is separate from your massage time, so please plan to be at the office for an extra 10-15 minutes for this.

With Amber Solis, LMT, CRP, CSH, rest assured you will be in good hands. She has 15 years of massage experience in chiropractic settings with advanced certifications in cupping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sound healing, 17 years as an energy healer, 4 years working with people with special needs, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Amber is capable, patient, compassionate, and loves what she does.
