Laura Bergmann is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in exercise science and health promotion and is working on her PHD in Human Health and Performance. Her skills include: Active Fascia Release, Post Mastectomy work, Structural Integration, Corrective Exercise Specialist, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Cupping, Active Fascia Release, and Gait Analysis/ movement coaching. Her office is located in Winchester, VA. She is a Former Professor at Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, WV; Instructor of many Natural Running clinics (WV); USA Triathlon multi-sport coach; All-American for triathlon and duathlon (competed and podiumed at numerous triathlons including national and world championships); ultra marathoner, and owner/practitioner of FASCIA LINES, LLC.

Jed Page has been a practitioner for over 20 years and focuses on underlying causes not just symptom management. He has been a teacher at the Northern Virginia School of Massage for the past 5 years and has recently moved to Front Royal. He treats the body as a whole with a gentle and systematic approach to help his clients achieve balance and pain free movement. His skills are numerous and techniques varied.
