When stress, pain, hormonal changes, or the demands of life leave your body feeling tight, exhausted, or out of balance, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself. Together we’ll calm your nervous system, reduce pain, restore movement, and help your body remember what it feels like to relax.

For over 14 years, I’ve specialized in creating customized therapeutic massage sessions using techniques like myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and other gentle, effective hands-on approaches. Every session is tailored specifically to what your body needs that day—because no two people are the same.

I especially enjoy working with women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are ready to stop pushing through discomfort and start feeling like themselves again.
