As a licensed massage therapist with two decades of experience, I integrate my passion for wellness, movement, and lifelong learning into every session. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing starts with awareness of the body, mind, and self. I work with clients to help them deepen their body awareness, improve mobility, and move beyond perceived limitations through intentional therapeutic touch.

Each session is tailored to the individual, drawing from a diverse range of modalities including sports massage, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping, Reiki and more. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize performance and recovery, someone managing chronic pain or stress, or simply in need of restorative care, I offer a personalized holistic approach to support your unique needs and goals.

Outside the treatment room, I stay active through weightlifting, boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling, yoga, and outdoor adventures with my lovable (and often lazy) dog. These pursuits continually deepen my understanding of the body in motion and at rest, which directly informs and enriches my massage work.
