My 30 year old “Muscle Fitness Story” began with discovering and developing the dynamic of executing body mechanic for sport execution from Youth Athletics. I expanded my Muscle Fitness development with sports specific Kinesiology Strength Conditioning and Body Mechanics, as a competing adult Bodybuilder and Equestrian Sports.

While working with a professional athletes, medical professionals and other physically intense industries of work, I have developed a variety of skills that are effective on the dense musculature, scar tissues and trigger points, to provide a progression of continuous relief for optimal performance.
