Touch creates awareness on every level of our existence- mind, body, and spirit. My experiences with massage have quickly changed my life and it is my goal to help others in this way. I graduated from the Louisville School of Massage and am now the owner of Sunfish Massage in Shelbyville, KY. I specialize in: Swedish Massage, to help clients experience meditative relaxation; Deep Tissue Massage, affects the neuromuscular tissue on a deeper level; and Sports Massage to help muscles recover from exercise and activity. Besides massage therapy, I have an infinite love for the natural world.
