You are the best authority on what your body needs. Your input on your personal needs and wellness goals are essential in the healing process. Together, we pair this guidance with our healing savvy to shape your foundation in wellness in each session.

We love working with our clients on a variety of issues. Some of what we specialize in includes:

managing stress, anxiety, and depression
trauma recovery & resilience of spirit
healthful menstruation for every menstruating person; hormone balancing; fertility support; and the prenatal, labor, and postpartum periods - for every pregnant person & all families
relieving, and healing from, chronic & acute pain; especially low back, hip, and sciatic pain; as well as tension in the neck and shoulders

We are especially committed to providing care to those that have felt, or feel, mistreated or patronized in health care settings. This often includes, but is not limited to, LGBTQ identified folks, people of color, women, poorer folks, those experiencing fat-phobia/body shaming/negativity, and those who are differently abled.

Our community wellness studio is conveniently located near the Platt Park neighborhood, just off of South Broadway in Denver, near the corner of S. Broadway and Arkansas Ave. Free street parking is available both on S. Broadway and on Arkansas Ave. Please watch signs for any time restrictions or parking restrictions (such as street sweeping days).
