I bring a warm and grounded presence to each session with my clients. I believe deeply in the innate healing capacity of the human body and am fueled by my work. I feel honored to work with those who are actively discovering their own healing potential and abilities.

I offer bodywork treatments with a focus in Chinese massage. I work with clients to uncover underlying, root causes of physical pain and discomfort, whether they be emotional, psychological or a stuck physical pattern. I support my clients in making valuable connections within their bodies through hands on bodywork, breath work and awareness.
