I graduated from the Anthem Institute in Jersey City, NJ in 2011 with a Diploma as a Massage Therapist after 820 hours of study.

My mission is to help people physically, emotionally and spiritually.

After 6 years working in different settings as spas, hospitals, chiropractic and physical therapy

offices, I felt that I could do more for my clients and I decided to open my business.

I am constantly improving my education, and I have made good choices throughout my career.

Of all my certificates, I am most proud of my Medical Massage (an extra 250 hours of study), and my Certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Mastectomy Massage and Complete Decongestive Therapy, treating patients with lymphedema and becoming a Lymphedema Therapist.

I pride myself in being able to help who are in need of these important healing techniques.

I am also certified to perform the Graston Technique that is a non-evasive technique and an instrument assisted soft tissue treatment using stainless steel instruments. I am one of the first Massage Therapists certified on GT in NJ.

I like to answer my clients questions and make sure that they are understanding the treatment and all the benefits of massage and stretches.
