I enjoy working with my hands and educating my clients what is going on with their body and how to make those commitments and changes to heal the mind and relax the soul.

I attended center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and learned several modalities including swedish and shiatsu massage,pre-natal, deep tissue, neuro-muscular therapy, PNF (resistance) stretching, chair and sports massage.

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years (2006) and also practiced in the state of California for the last 5 years and have recently returned back to Elan Therapeutic Massage and Spa in Liverpool, NY. I had worked their for 3 years, enjoying massaging my clients before going out west and now I have returned to continue enjoying the work I do here.

I do try to keep myself available most business hours so whether you have a last minute urgency or need to plan a relaxing couples massage, I can be there for you.
