My goal is to create a safe, relaxing environment where your stress and pain can begin to melt away. Every session is a balance between what your body needs and the type of bodywork you’re seeking—whether that’s focused therapeutic work, nervous system support, or deep relaxation.

At the core of what I do is simple:
I genuinely care about helping people feel better in their bodies. Bringing relief, ease, and even a small smile to someone’s day isn’t just my work, it’s my passion.

My path into massage therapy wasn’t linear, it was shaped by both personal experience and profound moments that changed the way I see life.

One of those moments came during my time serving in Iraq, when I met SPC Nichole Marie Frye. We met the day before she was killed in action at just 19 years old. That experience deeply impacted me and forever shifted my perspective. It reminded me how precious and fragile life is and how important it is to live with intention, purpose, and care for others.

That perspective has guided many of my choices since then, including the decision to pursue a career where I could truly help people in a meaningful, hands-on way.

My work is also shaped by my own healing journey. After experiencing a traumatic brain injury (TBI), I developed a deeper understanding of how the body holds stress, trauma, and imbalance and how important it is to approach healing with patience and compassion.

As a mother of two children on the autism spectrum, I’ve also gained a appreciation for the nervous system, sensory sensitivity, and individualized care. This allows me to meet each client with a high level of awareness, adaptability, and respect for their unique experience.

I integrate a variety of techniques to support pain relief, mobility, structural balance, and overall well-being while also creating space for your body to regulate, restore, and heal.
