I began studying yoga in a Bikram studio in Philadelphia, and moved into Astanga practice a few years later, in 2002. The benefits and tradition of Astanga continue to inform all aspects of my relationship with yoga, but I now practice and teach a hatha style deeply influenced by Bhakti traditions of devotion and surrender, and byYin Yoga restorative practices. I specialise in therapeutic yoga for pelvic health and wellbeing.
