Carol is a multifaceted Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in developing evidence-based treatment plans for soft tissue injuries. Following her graduation from Houston School of Massage in 2017, she continued to work as an Occupational Safety and Health Professional and Workers Compensation Specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in the public and private company settings.

In 2020 she opened Sports Rub Massage Recovery during height of the pandemic providing medically necessary pain management solutions and treatment plans for clients with soft tissue injuries in a clinical setting. She was selected to work with Houston Marathon Elite Runners Massage Team as well as the MS 150 Cyclist.

In addition to running her solopreneur business, she provides in home massage therapy support services for client with developmental disabilities thru Texas’s Community Living Assistance & Support Service (CLASS). This program assists clients in reaching and maintaining the highest level of independence and quality of life.
