My journey to helping others began as a social worker over 13 years ago. I integrate my social work career and massage therapy background into each session. Understanding of how the body & mind work collectively is what sets my practice apart and helps my clients relieve pain and discomfort. You know your body best and together we create a healing partnership. My role is as a facilitator to help you manage your emotional concerns, relive physical pain and learn how to create a healthy balance. Together we will discuss your physical concerns and create a plan to alleviate your discomfort. I use a wide range of techniques from gentle relaxation, to working specific muscle groups, myofascial, scar tissue release, energy work, oncology care and CranioSacral Therapy. I specialize in chronic unexplained pain, oncology, and love working with pre/postnatal clients.
