My professional journey into the field of massage therapy began in 2007, following a deliberate career transition from a high-pressure environment. This pivotal shift was motivated by a deep-seated commitment to holistic well-being and a passion for providing therapeutic interventions.

My primary objective is to deliver specialized bodywork sessions designed to effectively mitigate stress and alleviate chronic pain for my clients. I have cultivated a comprehensive skill set, with particular expertise in advanced modalities such as Myofascial Release and Thai Massage. Demonstrating an ongoing dedication to professional development, I am actively pursuing further education and certification in both Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy.

Beyond my professional practice, I maintain a balanced lifestyle, finding rejuvenation and fulfillment through time spent with my family and beloved companion animal. I also enjoy engaging in outdoor activities, particularly fishing and experiencing the tranquility of coastal environments.
