I have been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2009, when I graduated from The Denver School of Massage Therapy. Originally born in Dallas, TX, I have finally settled in beautiful Los Angeles, CA.

The Denver School of Massage Therapy (DSMT) is part of the Steiner Education Group (SEG), which operates massage therapy schools and skin care schools across the nation. I graduated learning modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Sports Massage, and Injury Bodywork.

A common question I am asked is, "How did you become a Massage Therapist?". Its quite simple really. I believe in the energy associated with this alternative way of health, and that it can transform a person's way of life.

Outside of my relationship with Massage Therapy, I enjoy spending my free time doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or exploring new trails in the surrounding mountains. Cooking and trying new ways of organic living really inspires me to take care of my body, mind, and soul.
