It's always been my interest to be active and stay healthy. When I learned how massage therapy affects the body it fascinated me. This motivated me to go to CNI College in Orange County right out of high school. I went through 720 hours, that went by so quick by the way, and got my diploma in 2008. With 9 years of experience I have truly enjoyed massage therapy and the benefits I know it has. Some of my favorite modalities are deep tissue, myofacial release, positional release, sports therapy, lymphatic drainage and a few others. I provide a blend of all these in each of my massages to provide both a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
