Cosse Wellness offers custom facials, facial sculpting and buccal (intraoral) massage with esthetician Sophie McCullough, inside the Treatment Room at Mantle Thermal Haus in East Austin.

Sophie grew up in Austin and has worked in aesthetics since graduating from esthetics school in 2018, with hands-on experience in custom facials, facial massage and sculpting, and laser treatments, where she is certified. Her approach is simple: healthy skin starts on the inside. What you eat, how you move, how you sleep, and how you manage stress all show up on your face.

Every appointment is unhurried and personal. Sophie takes time to understand your skin, your routine, and your goals, then builds a treatment around them using Jan Marini professional skin care. You leave with glowing skin and practical guidance you can use at home.

New here? Start with the Holistic Glow Facial and please arrive 10 minutes early. Cosse appointments do not include Mantle's sauna or cold plunge; book thermal sessions separately through Mantle Thermal Haus.

Bon pour ta santé. Good for your health.
