Welcome All

What happens when a woman who've always taken care of everyone else decide to turn that gift insto something bigger? You get Hostler Holistics. Teresa grew up looking out for her family, close friends, and for anyone who needed it. That instinct to nurture and heal eventually led her to massage therapy, where she discovered she could do what she always does best, just with trained hands and a whole lot of intention.

Tucked inside Studio 33 in Spring Lake , the private suite was designed to feel like a deep breath the moment you walk in. Whether Teresa is working through the tension you've been carrying for months or crafting the perfect aromatherapy blend for your session, you're in the good hands of someone who genuinely cares about how you feel when you leave.

This isn't just a business. It's a dream that started with a simple idea: everyone deserves to feel good in their body, no matter who they are or what they can afford.
