Practicing since 2002, I bring over two decades of dedicated experience to helping clients find freedom from chronic pain and movement restriction. My practice specializes in advanced clinical modalities—including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and joint mobilization—designed to target the root cause of dysfunction rather than just masking symptoms.

Beyond manual therapy, I integrate my background as an meditation teacher. I use functional and restorative movement to help you reconnect with your body. While I bring deep expertise to every session, I approach each client with a "beginner's mind"—meaning every treatment is completely customized to what your body needs in the present moment. Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to restore structural ease, my goal is to guide you back to optimal function and lasting relief.
