At Five Senses Massage & Pain Therapy, we believe massage is more than relaxation. It's an opportunity to restore movement, relieve muscular tension, support recovery, and improve your overall well-being.

Founded by Charles Cinco, a National Holistic Institute-trained massage therapist currently pursuing advanced education in Neuromuscular Therapy, our practice combines therapeutic techniques with personalized care to address your body's unique needs.

Our services include:

Swedish Massage: Promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease everyday tension.
Deep Tissue Massage: Target deeper layers of muscle to address persistent tightness and discomfort.
Sports Massage: Support athletic recovery, flexibility, and physical performance.
Myofascial Release: Address restrictions in connective tissue to support comfortable movement and mobility.
Personalized Therapeutic Massage: Individualized sessions tailored to your goals, comfort, and physical condition.
