With decades of experience in sports massage and therapeutic bodywork, my passion has always been helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I am bringing that experience back to my roots with a renewed focus on sports massage, athletic recovery, and performance-focused bodywork. I specialize in tailoring each session to the individual needs of active gym-goers and athletes of all levels, using targeted massage techniques to address muscular tension, support recovery, and encourage better movement.

I offer both in-studio and mobile massage services, giving clients the flexibility to experience personalized bodywork in a professional studio setting or the comfort of their own home. My philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. I prioritize attention to detail, individualized care, and creating an experience where no session feels rushed or routine. From premium massage products and advanced therapeutic tools to high-quality linens and thoughtful preparation, every detail is considered to provide an exceptional level of comfort and care.

My approach goes beyond the massage itself. My goal is not only to support your physical well-being, but also to empower you with knowledge, practical self-care recommendations, and effective bodywork strategies that complement your active lifestyle. Whether you're preparing for your next competition, pushing through demanding workouts, or simply striving to feel your best, my goal is to help you recover, move comfortably, and keep progressing toward your goals.

I invite you to connect with me on Instagram to explore my work, learn more about my approach, and read feedback and reviews from clients who have experienced my services. I want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing you're placing your care in experienced, professional hands. I look forward to being part of your recovery journey and helping you feel your personal best.

Your training doesn't stop when the work ends. Recovery is part of the process.
