With a passion for helping people feel their best, I have been practicing massage therapy since 2008. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with several chiropractic offices and spas, allowing me to work with a diverse range of clients and understand their individual needs.

I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy & sports massage, focusing on areas of muscle tension, tightness, and discomfort to help promote relaxation, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.

In addition to my experience as a massage therapist, I also assist in Physical Therapy, at a well established chiropractic facility, giving me an added understanding of the body, movement, and muscle function. I combine my knowledge and hands-on experience to provide personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

My goal is to help every client feel heard, cared for, and supported on their journey toward feeling better. Whether you’re seeking relief from muscle tension, help with everyday aches and pains, or simply time to relax and recharge, I look forward to helping you feel your best.
