I’m Achsah Sparks, an energy medicine practitioner and QHHT® Level 2 practitioner in Kerrville, Texas. With a background in nursing and ongoing training in massage therapy, I bring both a practical and intuitive perspective to body centered care.

My approach brings together bodywork, energy medicine, and somatic awareness, with a focus on easing muscle tension, supporting pain relief, improving range of motion, and creating space for emotional well-being. I’m especially drawn to focused work that helps people feel more comfortable and move with greater ease.

My sessions are tailored to your goals, preferences, and comfort. Whether you’re looking for physical ease, energetic balance, or room to slow down and reconnect with yourself, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
