Licensed Massage Therapist & Founder

LMT · Certified in: A Global Approach to the Knee, Deep Tissue Techniques for Neck Conditions, Fascia Fundamentals, Foot Reflexology, Funky Necks, TOS, and Arm Pain, Hands-On Techniques for Low-Back Pain, Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage Body Mechanics, Massage Techniques for Office Worker Injuries, Assisted Stretching, Cupping

With 5+ years of hands-on experience working with body-builders, chronic pain patients, office workers, parents, pets, pre-and-post op patients, and everyone in between, I bring a results-driven approach to every session.

Trained in a wide range of modalities — from deep tissue and trigger-point therapy to assisted stretching and cupping — the focus is always the same: find the root cause, address it directly, and give your body the tools it needs to keep moving.

Every session is a conversation. Your goals, your history, and your body's specific patterns shape the work. No two sessions are identical because no two bodies are.
