Sincerely Rooted Massage comes from the belief that creating a serene space to nurture our mind, body, and soul gives us the opportunity to remain grounded through our busy lives. I want every client to feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

My approach to massage is warm, thoughtful and centered on you. By sharing what you hope to gain from your massage, you allow me to tailor each session to your individual needs. I want you to leave feeling refreshed, calm, and relieved of built-up tension.

Whether you are looking for deep-tissue massage, a relaxing Swedish flow, or prenatal care, I am here to help!

I am grateful to be a part of your self-care routine and look forward to working with you.

Sincerely Rooted Massage L.L.C. (Molly Conroy L.M.T.)
