Meet Jennifer Robbins, LMT

Welcome! My name is Jennifer Robbins, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 11 years of experience serving the Central Ohio community.

Throughout my career in both high-end spa and clinical chiropractic settings, I’ve learned that no two bodies are the same. That is why I specialize in fully customized therapeutic massage designed around YOUR specific needs, body goals, and areas of discomfort.

Using gentle yet effective therapeutic techniques, I work to soothe your nervous system, relieve muscle tension, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. My goal is to help you manage and prevent chronic pain so you can move comfortably and thrive in your daily life.

Specialized Modalities & Expertise:

Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy – Target deep-seated knots and soft tissue restrictions.
Assisted Full-Body Stretching – Improve flexibility, posture, and mobility.
Prenatal Massage – Gentle, safe comfort and relief during pregnancy.
Oncology Massage – Compassionate, gentle care tailored for those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatments.

How I Can Help You: Whether you are recovering from a specific injury (such as a torn rotator cuff), navigating a chronic condition like fibromyalgia, dealing with postural imbalances from a desk job or long standing job, or preparing/recovering from an athletic event like a marathon—My goal is to help you identify areas of muscular tension and imbalance that may be contributing to your discomfort, so we can work together toward improved comfort and overall well-being.

Above all, I am dedicated to helping you feel better, move freer, and regain the comfort you need to handle all of life’s daily responsibilities. I look forward to working with you!
