I believe healing isn't a straight line. It's a spiral—sometimes we move forward, sometimes we circle back, but every experience offers an opportunity to grow. That's the philosophy behind Spiral Up Massage.

My journey into massage therapy grew from a desire to help people reconnect with their bodies and rediscover what it feels like to be healthy, grounded, and balanced. Through my own experiences with physical and emotional challenges, I've come to appreciate the body's remarkable capacity for healing when given the right support, attention, and space.

As a licensed massage therapist, I combine Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, reflexology, and foot zoning with an intuitive understanding of the body. My passion is helping people find relief from chronic pain, physical tension, and stress, while recognizing that our physical and emotional well-being are deeply connected.

I also bring over 30 years of experience as a musician and artist into my practice. Creativity, intuition, and sensitivity have always shaped the way I connect with the world, and massage is an extension of that. No two bodies are alike, and no two sessions should be either. I approach every client with curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to listen to what their body needs.

I've intentionally created a calm, welcoming environment where you can release the need to control, slow down, and simply be present. Through therapeutic touch, sound bowls, and thoughtful attention to the atmosphere, my intention is to make each session feel restorative on multiple levels.

Whether you're navigating persistent pain, recovering from physical strain, carrying stress, or simply needing a moment to reset, my goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more connected to yourself.

Healing is a journey. Wherever you are on yours, you're welcome here.
