I believe that meaningful bodywork begins with listening—to your needs, your experience, and the subtle ways your body communicates.

As a Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a thoughtful, intuitive, and individualized approach to each session. My work integrates therapeutic massage, movement-based techniques, acupressure, and gentle craniosacral techniques to address muscular tension, support mobility, encourage nervous system regulation, and promote a deeper sense of ease.

I appreciate that every body has its own history, patterns, and capacity for change. Rather than following a prescribed routine, I adapt each session to what is most supportive for you, blending focused therapeutic work with restorative touch.

My intention is to create a welcoming, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable—whether you’re seeking relief from persistent discomfort, navigating physical or emotional stress, or simply making time to care for yourself.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting your well-being through thoughtful, personalized bodywork.
