Helping my clients find healing through massage has been an honor throughout my career. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) because I experienced the benefits of massage firsthand and have seen its positive impact on others for more than 30 years.

My approach to massage is rooted in 'whole person,' care, meaning; compassion, presence, and the understanding that every person is unique. Sometimes you need to talk. Sometimes you need quiet. Sometimes you simply need a place where you can exhale, let go, and feel cared for without having to explain yourself.

Every body is different, and needs are unique. Muscle tension, aches, and discomfort can have many contributing factors, which is why I believe massage should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a comfortable environment where you can relax, focus on yourself, and get the most out of your session.

Self-care is an important part of maintaining our health and well-being, yet it's something many of us put off or overlook in our busy lives.

Your needs matter. Your 'whole person,' is involved. Your massage should reflect that.
