I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and find balance in their bodies.

My style combines Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and Lomi Lomi-inspired techniques with assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and intuitive, flowing bodywork. I bring a strong, grounded touch while recognizing that effective massage isn’t always about applying more pressure—it’s about knowing where, when, and how to work.

Whether you’re an athlete recovering from a tough workout, dealing with everyday tension, or simply looking to relax and recharge, I tailor each session to your body’s unique needs.

My goal is simple: quality bodywork, genuine connection, and results you can feel.
