I believe the body speaks in ways words cannot always reach. Through intuitive touch, intentional bodywork, and a deep love for somatics, I create space for the body to find its way back to itself.

My practice is rooted in presence, curiosity, and the understanding that sometimes the deepest work begins when we stop pushing and start listening. I bring skilled hands, an intuitive approach, and a genuine reverence for the body's wisdom to every session. My intention is to offer more than relief from tension; it's an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in your body.

Outside the treatment room, you'll likely find me lost in a book, getting lost in music, or following the pull of whatever feels a little magical. I'm a little feral, deeply curious, and endlessly fascinated by the things that make us human. I believe in honoring our wildness just as much as our softness, and making room for all the parts of ourselves that ask to be felt, heard, and understood.

My work is an extension of that belief: come as you are, let yourself exhale, and give your body permission to be.
