My Journey | My Passion | My Purpose

My journey into holistic health and healing began with my own personal health challenges. I found myself searching for answers, exploring different approaches, and learning to listen to what my body was telling me.

Through determination, education, and a willingness to look beyond conventional approaches, I discovered modalities that made a profound difference in my own healing journey. That experience changed not only my health but also the direction of my life.

Today, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Structural Energetic Therapy® (SET) Practitioner, and Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I have incorporated the very modalities that helped me heal into my practice, Structural Balance & Nutrition.

I believe the body is interconnected. Our structural alignment, fascia, nervous system, nutrition, emotions, and environment all play important roles in our overall well-being.

Through Structural Energetic Therapy®, myofascial work, holistic nutrition, somatic breathwork, and epigenetic testing, I take an individualized, whole-body approach to helping clients understand their bodies, address imbalances, and support their own healing journeys.

My greatest passion is helping others find the answers, relief, and renewed sense of well-being that I once searched for myself.

My journey became my purpose, and my purpose is to help others.
