Helping people feel at home in their own bodies has been my mission since I began practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Indiana in 2017. Over the years, I have focused my practice on medical and sports massage, specializing in myofascial release to help clients move past chronic pain, recover from injuries, and break through performance plateaus.

My approach isn't about temporary fixes or just pampering. I look at the body as a whole connected system. By targeting the fascia and addressing structural imbalances, I work to relieve deep-seated tension, restore natural mobility, and facilitate overall body wellness. Whether you are an Indiana athlete looking to optimize your training or someone dealing with the wear and tear of daily life, my goal is to get you back to doing what you love without being held back by discomfort.

Outside of the clinic, I practice exactly what I preach when it comes to staying active and mobile. You can usually find me clearing my head with a swim, hitting the gym for a lifting session, or out on the open road on my motorcycle. But above all, my favorite way to spend my time is keeping up with my granddaughter—which is the best reminder of all why staying strong, healthy, and pain-free truly matters.
