If your mind is overloaded and your body is tense, my work is for you.

I work with people who are carrying stress, muscle tension, physical fatigue, and that feeling of never quite being able to switch off fully.

My sessions combine slow, intentional massage with deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sports massage, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, breathwork, and guided body awareness. I customize the work to you rather than following the same routine every session.

Some clients come in because their neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, or other areas are constantly tight. Others come because they are mentally exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed, or need someone else to take the lead for a while.

My approach gives the body time to soften instead of fighting against it. We can focus on specific areas that need attention or work through the whole body for a deeper reset.

I offer Focus Reset, Signature Reset, and Immersive Reset sessions depending on how much time and depth you want.

My private studio is located near Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills. I also offer at-residence sessions by request.

If your body has been asking you to slow down, release some tension, and reset, book a session and experience the work for yourself.
