I’m Gabi, a Licensed Massage Therapist and therapeutic bodyworker with a deep belief in the innate wisdom of the body.

I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and sometimes they just need a little space and attention to be heard. My approach to bodywork is intuitive, intentional, and adaptable. I combine therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, heat, gua sha, and a heart-centered approach to meet your body where it’s at and support where you want it to take you.

The foundation of every session is relaxation. By slowing down and encouraging the nervous system out of a constant “go, go, go” and toward rest and recovery, we create an environment where the body can more comfortably receive deeper therapeutic work. It’s about getting out of your head and into your body.

Together, we create a supportive environment where deeper therapeutic work can be comfortable, effective, and sustainable. Because deep work doesn’t always have to be hard work.

I specialize in working with clients long term because our bodies develop patterns of tension, restriction, and compensation over time, not overnight. And just the same, it can take some time to unwind. Think of it like going to the gym: you don’t get ripped in a day. Your body responds to consistent care, attention, and patience.

I work with all kinds of bodies and all kinds of goals. Maybe you’re a yogi wanting to deepen your practice and improve mobility. Maybe you’re working toward fitness goals, recovering from an active lifestyle, or navigating repetitive work patterns. Maybe you spend your days at a desk, on a factory floor, caring for patients, or carrying your little humans around.

Sometimes the goal is better performance. Sometimes it’s simply moving through your day with less tension and more ease. And sometimes you just need an hour or so to slow down, check in, and let go.
Whatever your goals may be, my job is to support your body along the way.

Come as you are. All bodies welcome.
