I've been practicing massage therapy since 2023 when I graduated from the Western North Carolina School of Massage in West Asheville.

I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, a modality using massage techniques to help folks manage muscle pain and ease tension in the body from everyday life. I recently started my journey in Manual Lymphatic Drainage where I look forward to offering wellness lymphatic services for those with healthy and well functioning lymphatic systems.

It has been an absolute gift to step into a career where I can assist people with their wellness goals, meeting them where they are at, and working to help them feel their best in their body. I deeply value all the trust my clients give me each and every session and strive to provide a safe, healing space for all folks I meet.
