"My path to massage therapy wasn't traditional, but it was driven by a single purpose: finding meaningful, authentic ways to help people feel better in their everyday lives."

Before committing to bodywork, I spent years as a software engineer and researcher: first building tools for sustainable agriculture and later contributing to green energy initiatives at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. While I value solving complex technical problems, I realized that true impact happens on a human scale.

Through my own life experiences, I learned how transformative positive, respectful, and safe touch can be for the mind and body. Massage therapy became my way to offer that same grounding experience to others.

My approach centers on focus, presence, and nervous system regulation. Whether you're managing stress, releasing physical tension, or simply stepping out of the daily noise to reset: I aim to provide a calm, safe space where you can tune out the world and reconnect with yourself.

I view massage therapy as an essential component of healthcare and neuromuscular recovery. Similar to seeing a psychotherapist or physical therapist, care is delivered under a direct, professional fee schedule with no added gratuity (and none expected).
