ANNOUCEMENT! I am officially starting my LLC! I appreciate your patience during this time of transition well I settle into the new space and getting the new room in order. I will start taking appointments November 2026!!

Welcome! I’m Jen, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience in wellness and a passion for helping people feel more comfortable, connected, and balanced in their bodies.

My journey in healing began in caregiving, where I spent years supporting individuals through medical challenges, recovery, everyday life and end-of-life cares. That experience shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach and deepened my appreciation for the connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being.

My massage practice combines therapeutic techniques with an intuitive, attentive touch to address each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, improved mobility, recovery from physical stress, or simply a peaceful space to relax and recharge, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and cared for.

I believe massage is more than a luxury—it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and invest in your long-term wellness. I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and tailor each session to your individual needs, blending relaxation with focused therapeutic work.

My mission is to help you move with greater ease, find relief, restore balance, and feel more at home in your body.

Whether you’re managing everyday stress, working toward better mobility, or simply needing time for yourself, I’m honored to be part of your wellness journey.

Your body works hard for you. Let’s give it the care it deserves.
