I’m Brenna Golden, LMT and founder of Golden Restorative Therapy. I was drawn to massage therapy because I see the body as a connected system—how we move, work, and live all influence how we feel. When one area is restricted, others often adapt. It’s all connected.

I’m a graduate of Alaska Career College, and my background in physically demanding work, caregiving, and customer service gives me a practical understanding of how repetitive movement, stress, and everyday life can show up in the body.

My approach is client-centered and restorative, with each session shaped around your individual needs, comfort, and goals. I believe supporting better movement and balance can help you keep doing more of what matters to you—because an object in motion stays in motion.

I provide professional massage therapy through Golden Restorative Therapy in Norman, Oklahoma.
