Peak Mobility is proud to offer Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) in the Bel Air/Forest Hill area. FST provides many benefits to our clients including improved quality of life, reduced pain from lack of mobility & flexibility, and faster recovery from fitness & athletic activities.

Preparing for Your First Appointment

Before your first visit, please complete the required medical intake form. We also recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement, such as athletic wear. Please remember to wear clean socks for your session.

What to Expect During Your Session

Your session will begin with an assessment to better understand your body's needs, movement patterns, and goals, followed by hands-on treatment tailored to you.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) incorporates several specialized techniques to help improve flexibility, mobility, and overall function:

Traction: Gentle, guided pulling techniques designed to help improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and support greater freedom of movement.
Flow: A fluid, rhythmic approach that guides your body through assisted stretches and movements to encourage ease and fluidity.
NeuroMyoFascia Technique: An integrated approach that considers the relationship between your nervous system, muscles, and fascia to support improved movement and overall function.

Each session is personalized to your needs and comfort level, with the goal of helping you move more freely and comfortably.
