As a former college athlete, high school basketball coach, teacher, and assistant principal as a 21-year educator, I have experienced and saw how easily everyday stress, athletic demands, and injuries can wear on the body. I became a bodyworker because I wanted to offer real, hands-on solutions to help people reclaim their physical wellness and mobility. I founded Stephenson Recovery Lab on the belief that you do not have to just "live with" chronic pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. You can feel good in your body again through targeted recovery and bodywork.

I am most passionate about helping people regain mobility and use targeted recovery sessions to provide immediate physical relief and lasting lifestyle improvement. I love that a single session can completely shift how your body feels, but my true joy comes from empowering clients with the body awareness needed to stay loose, active, and energized. Witnessing a client regain the ability to crush their fitness goals, power through a long workday, or simply play with their grandkids without discomfort is what drives me in every session.

SRL specializes in stretching, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy to address chronic muscle tightness, athletic recovery, overuse, and postural imbalances. Whether you are an athlete looking to boost performance, an educator or official spending long hours on your feet, a senior aiming to maintain independence, or simply a motivated individual dedicated to your wellness, my doors are open to you.

Stephenson Recovery Lab offers assisted stretching, massage, and bodywork to target the root cause of your discomfort. Together, we will release deep tension, improve joint mechanics, and restore your body so you can maintain your mobility to keep moving forward with lifelong wellness in mind.
