My journey into bodywork began at home, watching a single mother navigate the immense stress of working graveyard as a police dispatcher. Being conscripted into relieving her tension taught me, early on, the profound impact of intentional, healing touch. Today, as a full-time therapist and the Valedictorian graduate of Arizona College, I channel that same lifelong dedication into every session.

My goal is simple: to create an inviting, comforting space where your body can truly slow down, reset, and find that parasympathetic state. Because no two bodies are alike, I pull from a diverse toolkit that bridges clinical recovery and total relaxation. Whether you are seeking relief from complex issues like sciatica, frozen shoulder, headaches, SI joint recovery, “tech neck”, PFD, whiplash or just looking for a firm, relaxing Swedish massage. I intend to tailor my approach to whatever your recovery needs.

I am deeply grateful to dedicate my energy to helping others, and my ultimate promise is that you will always leave the room feeling better than when you walked in.
