Hello, I’m Charlotte!

I’ve been a practicing body worker since 2025 and a yoga teacher since 2023. Yoga is what put me on the healing journey trajectory. Since then, I have been enthralled in the world of holistic well being and discovering what it truly means to live in aligned coherence with mind body and spirit.

in my free time you can find me in the forest, bye the water, on the yoga mat, or at the gym. On Saturday evenings I am teaching yoga at the king county juvenile detention center.

My services range from trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, cupping, energy work, and private tailored yoga sessions. I can do intuitive sessions ranging from relaxation massage to injury treatment/ prevention oriented sessions.
