Hi, I’m Chloe! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and yoga teacher with a passion for helping people feel more comfortable, capable, and at home in their bodies.

My approach to massage is shaped by my background in both bodywork and movement. I love understanding how the body works, why we hold tension where we do, and finding creative ways to help people move and feel better. My sessions can incorporate everything from deep tissue and trigger point work to stretching, mobility, and slower therapeutic touch depending on what you need that day.

I’m naturally curious, intuitive, and a big believer in listening—not just to what you tell me, but to what your body is communicating. Whether you’re looking for relief from stubborn tension, support through recovery, or simply some uninterrupted time to slow down and reset, I want you to leave feeling like the hour was truly made for you.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find me teaching yoga, spending time outside, traveling, moving my body, or finding an excuse to be near good music and good people. I believe wellness should feel less like another thing you have to do and more like an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d love to help you feel a little better in the body you’re living in.
