All of my modalities are “feel good”. Like massage you will enjoy lying on the table relaxing and allowing your body to let go of tension and stress. You may feel muscles melt and tension fade. Bowen Therapy and Reflexology can have long lasting effects that can last for days following your session. Bowen uses light rolling moves triggering a vibrational effect through the fascia, the connective tissue. Reflexology is alternating pressure on the feet or hands with the fingers and thumbs along the neuropathways that reflect to the map of the organs in the body on the soles of the feet.

The body and nervous system continuously process the work that was integrated and should avoid other therapies for the following 5 days after Bowen Therapy to help maximize the benefits of this amazing form of healing.
