I truly love what I do and am passionate about helping my clients feel and function at their best. My experience includes working in a physical therapy facility, where I gained valuable knowledge in helping clients with recovery, mobility, muscle tension, and overall wellness.

I specialize in lymphatic massage, sports massage, and neuromuscular techniques, with a particular focus on relieving tension and discomfort in the neck and shoulders.

I believe that great massage therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I take the time to understand each client’s individual needs and tailor every session to support relaxation, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow as a therapist, always expanding my knowledge and techniques so I can provide the best possible care. I also offer red light therapy as an additional option to support recovery and wellness.

Most of all, I genuinely love my work and the opportunity to help people feel better in their bodies.
